Joanne is an accomplished recruiter who began her career in 2018 with a focus on Compliance hiring at all levels across Financial Services and Professional Services, including banks, securities firms, fintech/digital asset platforms, insurers, asset managers/funds, compliance consultancies and law firms.

Joanne graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). She speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin. At Lewis Sanders, she will continue to cover Compliance function hiring in both Financial Services and Commercial sector across all levels of seniority.
