What is the process after I make contact with Lewis Sanders?

We aim to contact all candidates within a few days of receiving a CV. We prefer to meet all candidates in person but will conduct an interview over the phone when a face to face meeting is not possible. It is important for us to gain a full understanding of your experience and career goals and so a detailed conversation is essential to enable us to help you find the right role and ensure that we are introducing the right candidates to our clients. We can provide advice on your CV and will guide you through the entire recruitment process from submitting your CV to arranging interviews and negotiating offers.

Does Lewis Sanders only recruit qualified lawyers?

In additional to qualified lawyers, we also have extensive expertise and a strong track record of placing compliance professionals, paralegals, legal secretaries, office managers, finance managers, HR and BD professionals to both our law firm and in-house clients.

Do I need to pay for your service?

There is no charge to candidates for our service.

Do you send my CV out without my consent?

Integrity is central to our business and we will never send your CV to any client without your consent.

Should I apply directly to the employer or start the process through you?

At Lewis Sanders we offer a full recruitment service and our goal is to make the recruitment process as easy, stress free and time efficient as possible. In addition to arranging all interviews, we will provide you with details about the employer, role, team, culture, interviewers’ style etc and with this information, we can help to make sure you are fully prepared for interviews. Negotiating salaries can be a complex and often uncomfortable process and we will use our extensive experience of salary negotiations to secure the best offer possible on your behalf.  Our clients value our service and by developing a solid relationship with both our clients and our candidates, we will ensure that we are introducing suitable candidates to the right roles and vice versa.
