Ivy graduated with a BA in Economics and Commerce from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. She began her career in financial advisory in Canada for 2 years before moving back to Hong Kong where she spent 3.5 years in a leading international recruitment consultancy covering business support placements with wide range of professional firms and financial institutions including accounting firms, consulting firms, investment banks, private equity firms, hedge funds and MNCs.

At Lewis Sanders, Ivy focuses on placing business support professionals including paralegals, legal secretaries, legal managers, business development & marketing, human resources, accounting & finance, office managers, director of administration, company secretaries, EA/PA and IT etc.
