Hogan Lovells has hired capital markets partner Biswajit Chatterjee into its Corporate & Finance practice in Singapore. Chatterjee joins Hogan Lovells from Squire Patton Boggs, where he currently serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s India practice and heads the South East Asia corporate practice. New York and India qualified, his focus is on capital markets, M&A and private equity transactions. He has advised on some of the largest equity and debt offerings in India and South East Asia.
