Our Process
What We Need to Know
To enable us to assist you in finding the right candidate, it is important that we get to know you and your organisation. We would hope to meet with you in person to discuss the role in detail to gain an understanding of your priorities and requirements, and to enable us to develop a long-standing relationship.
How We Find Our Lawyers
As well as advertising in a number of publications and websites, a large percentage of our candidates are generated through personal referrals and networking. Over 70% of our placed candidates have come to us by referral and through word of mouth.
The Process
We manage the entire recruitment process from CV submission through to offer stage. We formally interview all candidates and take the time to address the candidate's experience and background in detail to enable us to provide you with an accurate profile of each individual we put forward. CVs are only submitted to our clients with the candidate's consent.
