Global consumer brand seeks a senior corporate lawyer to manage a large team across China handling mix of legal work related to sales & distribution, consumer & media complaints, marketing and promotional activities, IP protection, employment/ labor disputes, procurement, construction, administrative investigations, litigation & arbitration. At least 12 years experience, ideally gained at an MNC or top tier law firm essential. Experience of high level government negotiations an advantage. Native Mandarin and strong commercial acumen essential. WS2232
