US bank seeks a mid level corporate lawyer to take on a legal and structuring role with the front office covering private equity, restructuring, real estate finance and mezzanine finance. The role will advise senior management and deal teams on all aspects of transactions from initial opportunities, structuring through to transaction execution, asset management and exit. At least five years experience with a top tie law firm or investment bank required and Mandarin would be ideal but is not essential. WS3421
